Kindergarten - 12th Grade Tuition

Grace Christian School offers full day kindergarten and is considered part of the elementary pricing.

Curriculum/Activity Fee

Elementary curriculum/activity fee...............$260
Secondary curriculum/activity fee is............ $590

This fee pays for books, classroom equipment, teacher handouts and materials, academic testing, most art supplies, retreats/field trips and graduation. This fee is non-refundable.

One Payment

One (1) payment of the Tuition and Curriculum/ Activity Fee paid in full before September 1st. (A 3% discount on Tuition only is offered with this option

Two Payments

Two (2) equal payments of the Tuition and Curriculum/Activity Fee paid before September 1st, and before January 1st.

10 Equal payments

Tuition & Curriculum/Activity Fee are added together and paid in ten (10) equal monthly payments (August-May)

12 Equal Payments

Tuition & Curriculum/Activity Fee are added together and paid in twelve (12) equal monthly payments (June-May)

 

Payment Due Date & Late Charges

Payments are due on the 1st or the 15th of the month. A $25 late fee will be applied to all payments received 10 days after the due date. If payments are not made in a timely manner, the parents/guardians may be asked to withdraw their student(s) from GCS.

 

Enrollment Process

New families applying to GCS for the first time should follow this procedure:
  1. Fill out the admissions form, and give the family reference form to your pastor, youth pastor, or Sunday school teacher to fill out.
     
  2. Turn in admissions form with enrollment fee; make an appointment to meet with the principal. Students are encouraged to come 7-12 graders are required to come.
     
  3. Read the student handbook (Elementary or Secondary) and discuss it with age appropriateness with your children.
     
  4. The meeting with the principal will give you opportunity to ask questions, clarify rules and handbook statements, determine if the student will require admissions testing, decide on billing options, and discuss expectations.
     
  5. An additional conference or conversation may be required after testing or receipt of school records. All new students are accepted with a 9 week probation period; tuition is non-refundable.
     
  6. Additional forms may be requested upon acceptance, depending upon grade level .

 

Re-enrollment Fee & Process

Parents planning to re-enroll their student(s) are to turn into the office, a completed Re-enrollment Form and the $100 Re-enrollment Fee.

This Re-enrollment Fee is non-refundable.
